DONNA ROSEN, ATTORNEY AT LAW

DONNA  ROSEN
Donna Rosen has been practicing law for the past 26 years, and has spent 20 years as an associate at FELDMAN, KRAMER & MONACO, P.C. While the first ten years of her legal career were spent handling criminal defense matters and all aspects of civil litigation, the majority of her current practice is comprised of residential real estate transactions and adoptions. Ms. Rosen received her B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1978, and her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 1982. She is a member of the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association, a frequent contributor to the “Preventative Law Quarterly” on issues involving residential real estate transactions and issues, and a guest speaker at LIGALY (Long Island Gay and Lesbian Youth) for their discussion workshops on domestic partner/second parent adoption.

JASON F. ZIMMERMAN, ATTORNEY AT LAW

Jason F. Zimmerman received his Juris Doctorate in 1989 from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, and was admitted to the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut State Bars. Mr. Zimmerman’s areas of concentration include civil litigation and personal injury.

Daniel J. De Rosso received his Bachelor of Arts in Music History and Theory and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both magna cum laude, from Geneseo College in 1990. He received his Juris Doctor in 1993 from Buffalo Law School, with a certificate of concentration in state and local government law. He was admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York in 1994. Daniel concentrates his practice in real estate transactions and finance. He has been with FELDMAN, KRAMER & MONACO since 1997.

JAMES E. ORLANDO, ATTORNEY AT LAW

James E. Orlando has been practicing law for fourteen years, having received his Juris Doctorate from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1995 and being admitted to the New York State Bar and New York Federal Courts, Eastern District in 1996. He has published several articles in “Preventative Law Guide,” is a guest speaker at the National Legal Service Attorney Conferences, and has received several awards from “Pre-paid Legal Services, Inc.” as recognition for outstanding legal services. Mr. Orlando’s areas of concentration include matrimonial, family, and criminal law. Additionally, Mr. Orlando is responsible for FELDMAN, KRAMER & MONACO’s 24 hour legal emergency hotline. Mr. Orlando has four children. His wife, Dara, is an Assistant District Attorney for the county of Suffolk.

ALLAN E. FOGEL, ATTORNEY AT LAW

ALLAN  E. FOGEL
Allan E. Fogel received his Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1985. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University in 1989 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1990. Mr. Fogel has over seventeen years experience handling all phases of matrimonial and family law. He has also authored numerous articles for “Preventative Law Quarterly.”

CHARLES H. ROSEN, ATTORNEY AT LAW

CHARLES  H. ROSEN
Charles H. Rosen received his Bachelor of Arts in European History and Government from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1968 and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 1971. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1972, and the New York Federal Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts, in 1975. Mr. Rosen was an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County until 1978, when he established a private practice in Port Jefferson, NY. He has tried cases in the District Court, Family Court, and County and Supreme Courts in Suffolk and Nassau Counties. He is an active member of the Suffolk County Bar Association. He has co-chaired the Professional Ethics Committee and the Lawyers Committee on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, as well as serving on the Judiciary, Fee Dispute, and Law Committees. Mr. Rosen served on the Board of Directors of the Suffolk County Bar Association and is a past President of the Suffolk County Criminal Bar Association. Mr. Rosen’s areas of concentration include family and criminal law.

STEVEN KRAMER, ATTORNEY AT LAW

STEVEN  KRAMER
Steven Kramer graduated from North Adams Star College in 1994, receiving his Bachelor of Arts with a Biology concentration. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 1997. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1998 and to the New York Federal Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts, in 2001. Mr. Kramer’s areas of concentration include trust and estates and elder law.

Glenn L. Kantor received his B.A from Kenyon College in 1976 and his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 1980. He was admitted to the New York State Bar and to the New York Federal Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts. Mr. Kantor’s areas of concentration include civil litigation, bankruptcy, business, and real property law.

CANDACE DELLACONA, ATTORNEY AT LAW

CANDACE DELLACONA
Candace Dellacona completed her undergraduate education at American University and went on to receive her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law. Prior to joining FELDMAN, KRAMER, and MONACO, Ms. Dellacona was a founding partner of Weinreb & Dellacona and an associate with the Law Offices of Matthew J. Nolfo in New York City. She has also worked for the United States Department of Justice, Chadbourne and Parke LLP, and Davis Polk & Wardwell. Ms. Dellacona is a member of the Elder Law and Trusts and Estates sections of the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York County Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association. She is on the board of directors for the Long Island Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence and also served on the Committee of the Problems of the Aging of the Bar of the City of New York and on the Advisory Board of the New York City Department of the Aging, Elder Abuse Training project. Ms. Dellacona’s law practice is concentrated in both elder law, including Medicaid planning, guardianships, long-term care planning and reverse mortgages, and trusts and estates, including wills, trusts, advanced directives, and estate administration.

Thomas Sica received his B.F.A in Communications Arts in 1980 from the New York Institute of Technology. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 1993. Mr. Sica was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1993, and belongs to both the New York State Bar Association and then Suffolk County Bar Association. Mr. Sica’s law practice is concentrated in civil litigation.

KENNETH RICE

Kenneth Rice joined Feldman, Kramer & Monaco in 2007 after receiving a J.D. from American University and a B.A. from Columbia University. Mr. Rice’s practice is focused on estate planning, including probate avoidance, Medicaid, and long-term care planning. As a law student, Mr. Rice pursued coursework in elder law and wills, trusts, and estates, served as a research assistant in the field of disability rights, and interned at the Department of Justice. Prior to law school, Mr. Rice worked as a legal assistant at an elder law firm in Manhattan. He is admitted to practice in New York State.
