ANITA Y. AGINIAN, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Anita Y. Aginian received from Montclair State University her B.A. in Spanish and Italian in 1976 and her M.A in Spanish Language and Literature in 1979. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate in 1987 from St. John’s University School of law and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1988. Ms. Aginian began working for FELDMAN, KRAMER & MONACO in 2000 and is now a Supervising Attorney. Her areas of concentration include real estate and criminal law.

Alan Borack received his Bachelor degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1972 and his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University Law School in 1975. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1976. Mr. Borack has 30 years practicing experience in family, real estate, criminal, bankruptcy, wills and estates, and negligence law.

John Calimano received his B.A in Political Science and Philosophy from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1994 and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 1999. In 2000, he was admitted to the New York State Bar, New York Federal Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts, New Jersey State Bar, and Connecticut State Bar. KEVIN B. CAMPBELL, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Kevin B. Campbell received his B.S. from the New York Institute of Technology in 1981 and his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1985. He was admitted to practice before the New York Federal Courts, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts, and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Campbell’s areas of concentration include criminal defense, traffic, real estate, and juvenile delinquency (Suffolk County Family Court).
STEPHEN J. FLYNN, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Stephen J. Flynn received his Bachelor Degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1981. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra Law School in 1985. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1986. He was further admitted to the United States Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Military Appeals, U.S. Court of Claims, and the Eastern and Southern Districts of the New York Federal Court. Mr. Flynn is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and is a two time winner of the Suffolk County Bar Association Pro Bono Recognition Award. Additionally he is a volunteer for the Cinema Arts Centre in Huntington, NY, and has received a recognition award for volunteer work with Newsday. Mr. Flynn’s areas of concentration include bankruptcy, real estate, criminal, and estate law.
DEBORAH S. GALLIN, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Deborah S. Gallin graduated from Queens College of the City of New York in 1974. She then received her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 1977. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1977 and to practice before the New York Federal Courts in the Southern District in 1980. Ms. Gallin’s areas of concentration include probate, will, trust, and estate law.

Pamela R. Goshman graduated, both Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1980. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 1984, having achieved dean’s list in 1981 and 1982. Jacqueline M. Kelly received her B.A. in Political Science and Psychology in 1993 from the University of Rochester. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Touro College, Jacob D. GLENN D. LEVINE, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Glenn D. Levine received his B.A in economics from Queens College in 1978. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern School of Law in 1981 and his Masters of Law and Taxation from Georgetown University School of Law in 1982. He was admitted to the New York State Bar and New York Federal Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts in 1983. Mr. Levine’s law practice concentrates in immigration law, and in 2008 provided immigration services to the Brooklyn community through the Sephardic Bikur Holim.
LUCRETIA M. LUCIVERO, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Lucretia M. Lucivero received her Bachelor of Arts from St. Joseph’s College in 1984 and went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Tuoro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1987. She currently serves as the treasurer of the Columbian Lawyers Association of Suffolk County (2008-2009), and will serve as their Vice President from 2009-2010. Ms. Lucivero’s areas of concentration include wills, trusts, and estates, and personal injury law.

Henry Pon graduated from Columbia University in 1978, receiving both a B.A and a Masters of Public Health. In 1985 he received his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law. JOSEPH M. ROSENTHAL, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Joseph M. Rosenthal received his B.A from Syracuse University in 1960 and his Juris Doctorate from Harvard University in 1963. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1964, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 1965, United State District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 1966, Supreme Court of the United States in 1970, United States Court of Military Appeals in 1970, the Florida State Bar in 1976 and was certified as a Trial and Defense Counsel for the Courts Martial of the United States in 1965. Mr. Rosenthal’s law practice concentrates in real estate, foreclosure law, bankruptcy law and civil litigation. He has taught in the Legal Assistance program at Adelphi University and regularly lectures to attorneys in the areas civil litigation.
LEONARD M. SCHNITZER, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Leonard M. Schnitzer received his B.A. in political science from Hofstra College in 1953 and his Bachelor Of Laws (LL. B) from New York University, School of Law in 1958. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1959. Additionally, he was admitted to practice before the New York Federal Courts Southern and Eastern Districts, Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Schnitzer’s areas of experience include personal injury litigation, no-fault claims, workers’ compensation claims, various aspects of employment law, and third party employer liability claims. After graduation from New York University Mr. Schnitzer was employed by New York State, Department of Labor, Division of Unemployment Insurance. Thereafter Mr. Schnitzer transferred to the Legal Department of the State Insurance, where he eventually became Assistant Department Head. After retiring from New York State Service, Mr. Schnitzer was employed for five years by a Third-Party Workers’ Compensation Administrator.
ROBERT D. SCHLESINGER, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Robert D. Schlesinger received his B.A in Political Science and History from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY, and completed his graduate studies in Political Science at Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY. Additionally, Mr. Schlesinger studied Piano and Composition at the Juilliard School of Music. He further went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI. He was admitted to the New York and New Jersey State Bars in 1988 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Schlesinger’s areas of concentration include landlord/tenant, personal injury, workers compensation, and entertainment law.

Kenneth M. Robert H. Tucker received his B.A. from Queens College in 1958 and went on to attend Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a staff member of the Georgetown University Law Journal. Mr. Tucker was admitted to the Appellate Division: 2nd Department New York State in 1962, United States District Courts: Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, United States Court of Appeals: 2nd Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States in 1967. He has had extensive experience in a vast number of legal matters, including commercial litigation, creditors’ rights (secured and unsecured), foreclosures of personal and real property, real estate, wills and estates, employment, and business law.

William Weiselberg received his B.A. in Psychology from Lehman College/City University of New York and his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk Law School in 1983.
